What does my entry ticket include?

The entry ticket includes parking for your visit and a delicious hot chocolate.

How do I locate my lost property?

Why do your prices vary depending on the day I want to come?

We are offering a variety of price points, including Off-Peak, or Peak tickets, to help us manage periods of higher and lower demand. 

Does the ticket buyer have to be at the event with me?

No, the ticket buyer does not have to be at the event. We do however ask that you have the ticket downloaded on your phone ready to be scanned by our staff. Please note all children aged 12 and under must be accompanied by someone over the age of 16.

Can I return on another day with my entrance ticket?

Unfortunately not, your entrance ticket is date specific.

I am running late for my entrance slot. What do I do?

We will, where possible, allow entry to the event should you be running late.

Is there parking?

Yes, parking is free on site! If you would like to get closer to the magic of the carnival you can pay to upgrade your parking to VIP parking.

Are there any age restrictions?

All children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by a person aged 16 years or over. 

Rides and attractions may have age restrictions. Any restrictions will be noted at the point of sale. 

If I have booked an entry slot how long can I stay for?

Once you are on site you can stay and enjoy the festive fun for as long as you like!

Is there a cloakroom?

Unfortunately, we do not currently provide a cloakroom service.
